Contact shows whether the creator published a business contact in a description; the contact itself is on the full report and on the channel’s own About page. Scores are ReplyDial’s read of public numbers, explained on each report. Rows marked not analyzed yet came from a YouTube keyword search: size and topics only until someone runs the report. Locked controls open after sign-in.

Step 1

Now, no sign-in

Free

  • First 10 rows of every search
  • Every column: size, pace, sponsors, scores, contact
  • Full report for any channel
  • YouTube search when the inventory has nothing, 2 a day

Step 3 For agencies

Agency plan: from research to a booked deal, in one place

$79 a month, a launch price, or Agency Team at $249 for three accounts. Everything below is free for 7 days on every new account, no card.

See the plans

Research

  • Every matching row of every search, with paging
  • Brand view: every channel a brand sponsored, with the videos and dates
  • YouTube search on demand, 10 a day, when the inventory is not enough
  • Paste a shortlist of handles, up to 25 at a time
  • Similar: channels like any row, by niche, topics and shared sponsors

Vet

  • 100 fresh channel reports a day (250 on Agency Team); reports already in the database open free
  • Full report per channel: sponsors with evidence, five scores, the listed contact
  • CSV of every report, and compare two channels side by side
  • Watch up to 10 channels (25 on Agency Team): re-checked weekly, new sponsors marked
  • Posting pace and last upload on every row, so dead channels never reach the brief

Campaigns

  • One campaign per client brief, with the brief kept beside the pipeline
  • Add channels from any search with one click, or all rows shown
  • Pipeline statuses: shortlisted, contacted, replied, negotiating, booked, declined
  • A note and a date on every channel
  • Saved searches per campaign: re-run and see only what is new since

Outreach

  • Filter to channels with a business contact listed
  • The published contact on each report, as the creator wrote it
  • Outreach status and follow-up dates on the pipeline (rolling out)

Report

  • CSV export of any search, up to 500 rows
  • CSV export of a campaign pipeline: your statuses next to the public numbers
  • Dated public numbers before and after the deal, reproducible by the client

Team, on Agency Team

  • Three accounts on one plan, no seat fees
  • CSV export up to 2,000 rows
  • Shared client workspaces (rolling out)
  • Client share link: a read-only pipeline page, no login (rolling out)

How it works

  1. Every channel someone runs through the channel analyzer leaves one row here: size, country, niche, uploads in the last 30 days, last upload, the brands found on its newest 300 videos, two of its scores, and whether a business contact is listed. Nothing is crawled.
  2. Searching is a plain database query over those rows: no YouTube call, no quota, instant. The 21 niches come from a keyword match of each channel’s videos plus YouTube’s own topic tags.
  3. When the inventory has nothing for a keyword, Discover searches YouTube once and stores up to 50 channels as not-yet-analyzed rows: name, size, country and topic tags, until someone opens the report. Visitors get 2 such searches a day and 5 handle lookups; the Agency plans search YouTube on demand, 10 a day.
  4. Sponsors are counted at high and medium confidence only: a brand named as sponsor in a description, YouTube’s paid-promotion flag with the brand’s link, or a link seen on several sponsored videos.
  5. Rows are refreshed when a report is re-run and deleted after 30 days without one, so nothing here is older than 30 days. The niches people ask about most are refreshed nightly.

Who this is for

Agencies

Shortlist channels for a client brief by niche and size, see who already takes sponsorships and from whom, then open the reports that fit. Export the shortlist from the workspace.

Brands

Type what you sell, sort by commercial readiness, and read which competitors have bought on each channel and when, before you pitch.

Creators

Find channels one step bigger in your niche. Their sponsors are brands already paying for your audience; the example videos show what the integration looked like.

Questions people ask

33 questions about the tool itself, answered plainly, including what it cannot do. The other 303 questions agencies, brands and creators ask, on sourcing, vetting, rates, outreach and tools, are on the full FAQ.

Finding channels

How do I find YouTube channels in a specific niche?

Pick the niche from the filter (niches, from Cloud & DevOps to Fitness), or type a keyword. The list shows every channel in the inventory that matches, with subscribers, uploads in the last 30 days, last upload, sponsors found, two scores and whether a business contact is listed. Narrow it by subscriber range, country and posting frequency.

Can I search for YouTube channels by subscriber count?

Yes. Set a minimum and a maximum (1,000 to 1,000,000 in steps) and the list keeps only channels in that range. Subscriber counts are the public numbers YouTube reports, rounded the way YouTube rounds them.

Can I find channels that post regularly?

Yes. The uploads filter keeps channels with at least that many uploads in the last 30 days, and the last-upload column shows when each channel last published. Sort by most recently active to put live channels first.

How do I find channels similar to one I already like?

Open that channel's report from any row, then use Similar in the workspace: channels with the same niche or topic tags, or paid by the same brands, ranked by how much they share and how close they are in size. The lookalike list needs a free account; the search itself does not.

Can I search by country or language?

By country, yes: the country filter lists every country present in the inventory with the number of channels. Language is not a filter yet; YouTube does not publish a channel language, and we do not guess one.

Does a keyword search look at video content?

It matches the channel's title, handle, description keywords, YouTube topic tags and the niche labels the analyzer assigned. It does not search inside transcripts or comments. For one brand's history on one channel, use the channel analyzer and paste the channel's search link for that brand.

What happens when the inventory has nothing for my keyword?

Discover searches YouTube for it, right there, and stores the channels it finds as rows for everyone: name, size, country and topic tags until someone opens a report. Without an account this happens up to twice a day per visitor and ten times a day across all visitors; Agency plans and the 7-day trial search YouTube on demand, ten times a day, even when the inventory already has rows. A handle or channel link that is not in the inventory is fetched the same way.

Why does a search show nothing?

Either YouTube found nothing for that keyword either, or a filter is excluding the channels it found: try removing the subscriber range, country or uploads filter. The inventory itself holds channels people have analyzed plus channels found by keyword searches, not all of YouTube; running a channel you know through the analyzer adds it with a full report.

Brands and sponsors

Can I see which brands have sponsored a channel?

Yes. The Sponsors column lists up to three brands per channel with a count of the rest; the full report lists every brand with the number of videos, first and last date, the evidence and an example video. Sponsors come from YouTube's paid-promotion flag, text disclosures and tracked links on the channel's newest 300 videos.

Can I find every channel a brand has sponsored?

That is the brand view: tap a brand and see every channel it sponsored, with the number of videos and the last date. It is part of the workspace, on the Agency plans and during the 7-day trial. On this page the brands are visible on each row; the cross-channel view needs an account.

How do I know a listed sponsor is real?

Only high and medium confidence sponsors are counted: the brand is named as sponsor in a description, or YouTube's paid-promotion flag is on and the brand's own link is in the video, or the link appears on several sponsored videos. Links marked possible on a report are left out of the row counts.

Can I check whether a channel already works with my competitor?

Open the report for that channel and search its sponsor table or CSV for your competitors. The row on this page shows the first three brands; the report shows all of them with dates, which matters because many creators have exclusivity windows.

Does Discover show how much a channel charges for a sponsorship?

No. Rates are private and we do not estimate them. The commercial score shows how commercial the channel already is, from disclosed sponsors, affiliate programmes and its own products, which tells you whether it takes deals at all.

Where the data comes from

Where does this channel list come from?

From our own inventory. Each time someone runs a channel through the free channel analyzer, the public facts of that report (size, niche, uploads, sponsors, scores) are stored as one row. Keyword searches on YouTube by workspace accounts add more channels as not-yet-analyzed rows. Rows are refreshed when a report is re-run and deleted after 30 days without one.

Is this all of YouTube?

No. It is the channels people have analyzed or searched for, which is why the counts on the page say how many channels and how many full reports there are. It grows with every report and every keyword search, and the niches people ask about most are refreshed nightly.

What do the Commercial and Audience scores mean?

They are ReplyDial's read of public data, from 0 to 100, with the rules explained on each report. Commercial: how ready the channel is for brand work, from disclosed sponsors, affiliate links and products. Audience: how the channel treats its viewers, from reply rates and response times in a sample of recent comment threads. They are not YouTube metrics.

What does "not analyzed yet" mean on a row?

That channel came from a YouTube keyword search, so we hold only its name, size, country and topic tags. Open Analyze on the row to run the full report (about 18 YouTube API units, one lookup from your allowance); sponsors, scores and the contact flag appear once it is done.

What does the Contact column show?

Whether the creator published a business contact in a channel or video description. The contact itself is not stored in the inventory; it is shown on the full report and on the creator's own About page on YouTube, as they wrote it.

How fresh are the numbers?

Each row carries the date it was last refreshed. A report is reused for a day, can be refreshed on request after that, and the inventory row is deleted after 30 days without a new report. Nothing here is older than 30 days.

Is it official YouTube data?

The raw facts are, read through the official YouTube Data API on public data only: channel statistics, video metadata, topic tags and the paid-promotion flag. Niche labels, sponsor grouping and the scores are ReplyDial's own analysis and are marked as such. ReplyDial is independent and not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

Free, account and paid

What can I do here without signing in?

Search and filter the whole inventory, see the total number of matches, and read the first 10 rows of any search with every column. Open any channel's full report in the free analyzer. A keyword the inventory cannot answer is searched on YouTube for you, twice a day per visitor. No account, no card, no time limit.

What does a free account add?

Every result row with paging, Similar channels, and the workspace: save reports, watch a channel so its report is re-checked weekly and new sponsors are marked, and compare two channels side by side. Sign in with Google or an email link; the first 7 days run on the Creator plan's limits.

What is on the Agency plans?

In Discover: the brand view (every channel a brand sponsored), searching YouTube on demand, even when the inventory already has rows (10 searches a day), pasting a shortlist of handles in bulk, and CSV export of up to 500 rows. The Agency plan is $79 a month (a launch price; $708 a year), Agency Team is $249 for three accounts; the Creator and Pro plans at $12 and $29 are for the comment inbox and do not include these. Every new account gets all of this for 7 days without a card.

Can I export the list to a spreadsheet?

Yes, with a paid plan or during the trial: Export CSV gives the current search, up to 500 rows, with channel, handle, country, niche, subscribers, uploads, last upload, sponsors, scores and the contact flag. Individual channel reports also download as CSV.

Is there an API?

Not for Discover. The channel analyzer has a JSON and CSV endpoint for single channels. If you need the inventory programmatically, write to us; we would rather hear the use case than guess it.

For agencies, brands and creators

I run an influencer agency. How should I use this?

Start from the niche and size your client wants, add the sponsored filter to see channels that already take deals, then open the reports of the ones that fit. Check the sponsor table for competitors and exclusivity, and the contact flag to see who is reachable. Export the shortlist as CSV from the workspace.

I am a brand looking for creators. Where do I start?

Type what you sell as a keyword, or pick the niche your customers watch. Sort by commercial readiness to find channels that already run integrations well, then read the report's sponsor list to see who else in your market has bought there.

I am a creator. What is in it for me?

Find channels one step bigger in your niche. Their sponsors are brands that already pay for your audience, and each example video shows what the integration looked like. Run your own channel in the analyzer to see your scores next to theirs.

Can I find channels with an email address to contact?

You can filter for channels that list a business contact in a public description. The address itself is shown only on the full report, as the creator wrote it, and is never stored or exported in bulk. That is deliberate: it keeps the tool inside YouTube's data policies and keeps creators' inboxes out of scraped lists.

What it cannot do

Can it show a channel's earnings or RPM?

No. Earnings are private, and we do not estimate them. We show public numbers and our labelled scores only.

Can it see audience demographics or watch time?

No. Those are in the creator's private analytics. Discover reads public channel and video data only, with an API key, never a creator's account.

Does it scrape YouTube?

No. Everything comes through the official YouTube Data API within its quota, which is why YouTube searches are rationed and why the inventory is built from reports rather than crawled.

Does it add up numbers across channels?

No totals across channels, in line with the YouTube API policies. Every number is one channel's own, as YouTube reports it. The counts at the top of the page are counts of rows, not aggregated statistics.

The inventory holds YouTube API data for channels people have analyzed or searched for; each row is refreshed when its report is re-run and deleted after 30 days without one. No totals across channels, no estimated earnings, no stored contact details. ReplyDial is independent and not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Details in the privacy policy.
