Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 2026-09-28
Paid ReplyDial plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our merchant of record, which also handles refunds. This page summarises section 8 of our terms of service; if the two differ, the terms apply.
Cancelling
- Cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app, or from the link in any Paddle receipt. No email needed and no questions asked.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account continues on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
- Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund the current period.
Refunds
- First 14 days: if ReplyDial did not work for you, email contact@replydial.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. EU and UK consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; because the service starts immediately, a withdrawal refund may be reduced in proportion to the days already used, but we will not reduce it below what the 14-day promise above gives you.
- Renewals: renewal charges are refundable if you ask within 7 days of the charge and have not used the service in the new period. Otherwise, cancel to stop the next renewal.
- Outages: if a fault on our side stops you from using ReplyDial for more than 3 consecutive days, we will refund or credit that time.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method and are issued by Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve almost everything within a day. A chargeback for a service that was delivered and used may lead to suspension of the account.
