Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and ReplyDial (legal entity registration in progress, Sweden) (“ReplyDial”, “we”). By joining the waitlist or using the ReplyDial app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What ReplyDial does
ReplyDial helps creators find unanswered comments on their own channels, prepare replies with AI assistance, and post the replies they approve. ReplyDial is a tool: you decide what is posted, and every reply is posted by you, on your instruction, under your name.
2. YouTube and Google
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle data from Google is described in our privacy policy and is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. ReplyDial is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
3. Your account and your channel
- You may only connect channels that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
- You can disconnect your channel and delete your account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ReplyDial to:
- post spam, repetitive or deceptive content, or anything that violates YouTube’s Community Guidelines or spam policies;
- harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone;
- try to bypass the approval step, pacing, or per-video limits, or otherwise automate posting;
- probe, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service.
We may suspend accounts that put other users or the service’s API access at risk.
5. AI-generated drafts
Drafts are suggestions produced by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for the context. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every draft before you post it, and for everything you post.
6. Plans, limits, and payment
Free and paid plans have usage limits that are shown in the app. Because ReplyDial relies on third-party API quotas, we may pace or temporarily limit posting to keep the service reliable for everyone. When paid plans open, payments will be processed by a merchant of record, whose checkout terms (including taxes, invoices, and statutory withdrawal rights) apply to your purchase. Prices shown before launch are planned prices and may change before you are charged; you will always see the final price before paying.
7. Waitlist and referrals
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a specific date. Referral benefits apply to genuine signups only; we may remove entries created by automated means, disposable addresses, or self-referral.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep ReplyDial available but provide it “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change. If we make a material change to these terms we will notify you in advance; continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ReplyDial is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by YouTube or Google regarding your channel. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop using ReplyDial at any time. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
